Sometimes you might feel your current Stitch Fix stylist isn’t the right match for your personal style, and that’s okay. We completely understand – our goal is to make sure you have the best styling experience possible. If you’re not clicking with your stylist, you can absolutely request a new one. Our stylists won’t take it personally; we have many stylists on the team and we want to pair you with someone who truly gets your style. It’s perfectly fine to ask for a change, and we’re here to help you find your perfect match.
Follow these steps to request a new stylist through the Stitch Fix app or website:
Log in to your account: Open the Stitch Fix app or go to our website and sign in. Navigate to your Fixes page (upcoming Fix). If you don’t have a Fix scheduled yet, go ahead and schedule your next Fix as you normally would.
Leave a note requesting a new stylist: Look for the Note to Stylist section when scheduling your Fix (or in your upcoming Fix details). In that text box, write a short message asking for a different stylist. For example: “I’d love to try a new stylist for my next Fix, please.” This lets us know you’d prefer to be matched with someone new.
Save your request: After writing your note, save it or continue with confirming your Fix. That’s it! Your request will be sent to our team. We’ll make sure to assign a new stylist to your next Fix.
Remember, it’s okay to switch stylists – our priority is finding the right fit for you. We want you to love your Stitch Fix experience, and we’re always happy to help you get the style inspiration you’re looking for with a stylist who suits you best. Enjoy your next Fix with your new stylist!
