Here's What You Need to Know:
Styling begins a few days before your Fix ships. After that point, the stylist has already selected and packed your items.
If your Fix has already been styled, we can’t make changes to the selected pieces. But don’t worry—you’ll still have control once your Fix arrives.
When your Fix is delivered, you can try everything on at home and only pay for what you love.
Not loving a piece? Use the feedback option to let us know why, and we’ll fine-tune future Fixes based on your style, fit, and price preferences.
