Can I Modify My Fix After It's Been Styled?

We totally get it—style needs can change fast! Maybe you spotted a new trend you love or realized you have an upcoming event. While we do our best to accommodate your preferences, once your stylist has finalized your Fix, changes become limited.


Here's What You Need to Know:

  • Styling begins a few days before your Fix ships. After that point, the stylist has already selected and packed your items.

  • If your Fix has already been styled, we can’t make changes to the selected pieces. But don’t worry—you’ll still have control once your Fix arrives.

  • When your Fix is delivered, you can try everything on at home and only pay for what you love.

  • Not loving a piece? Use the feedback option to let us know why, and we’ll fine-tune future Fixes based on your style, fit, and price preferences.


Need to update future Fixes?

You can always:

  • Update your Style Profile

  • Leave a fresh Note to your stylist before the next Fix

  • Adjust delivery dates or frequency anytime in your account
